Before Your Visit
At Beauty Lounge, we care about our customers’ safety. We have put into place ongoing measures that meet or exceed the health & safety requirements of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), the state of California, and the county of San Diego.
Masks Are Strongly Encouraged
We recommend that all our guests continue to wear masks to help prevent the potential for spread of disease and illness.
Enhanced Sanitation Processes
We have increased our already stringent sanitation procedures to ensure advanced protection for our staff and guests. These include the cleaning and disinfection of hard surfaces, equipment, displays, chairs and headrests, appliances, workstations, treatment rooms, pedicure bowls, and wiping down all soft surfaces.
Arrive Early & Prepared
Please plan to arrive five (5) minutes before your appointment for pre-screening of COVID symptoms which may include temperature checks, screening questions, and signing release forms. Please review the services menu before your appointment and arrive prepared. This will help to maximize your time with us and ensure that we start and end on time.
We offer a large array of nail colors for you to choose for your manicure or pedicure. If you aren’t sure which color you wish to use, please plan to come in an additional 15 minutes early so that you can explore the many options available to you.
Hand Washing
All staff and customers must wash their hands with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds. Customers will be asked to wash their hands upon their arrival. Staff will wash hands between each service performed. Hand sanitizer is also available at designated stations as a secondary precaution.
Appointments & Walk-Ins
Your appointment secures your service, but there may be times when your technician is delayed finishing up with another customer or completing a sanitation protocol before they are able to take you. We appreciate your patience.
Appointments are strongly encouraged and always prioritized, though we do accept walk-in guests. Wait times for walk-ins vary based on the number of staff available, the number of pre-booked appointments, and how busy the salon is when you arrive.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will be considered a walk-in guest and the appointment will be forfeited.
